SERDI 4.5 Valve Guide & Seat Machining Center
The SERDI 4.5 is the cornerstone of our cylinder head department. AXE AT-85 Agitating Hot Tank
The AXE AT-85 Agitating Hot Tank is the foundation of our engine component cleaning process. Before precision machining can begin, every engine component must be thoroughly cleaned to remove grease, carbon, sludge, rust, and years of accumulated contaminants. Proper cleaning ensures accurate inspection and prepares components for precision machining.
High-Capacity Cleaning System
Our 850-gallon heated agitating hot tank is built to handle the demands of heavy-duty diesel engine remanufacturing.
In a single cleaning cycle, we can process:
✔ Up to 4 heavy-duty engine blocks
AND
✔ Up to 3 Caterpillar C15 cylinder heads
...at the same time.
This high-capacity system allows us to keep large engine projects moving efficiently while reducing turnaround times for our customers.
