What Are Your Handling Times?

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the same day.

Some orders might have extended shipping times due to product availability or assembly requirements, although these situations are rare. If your order faces any delays, a representative from Highway and Heavy Parts will reach out to you.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Duffin Diesel Parts utilizes several shipping carriers, including:

Do I Receive Tracking Information?

You will receive an email with your order invoice the day following shipment. You can find tracking details in the upper-right section of the invoice.

Do You Offer Saturday Deliveries?

Typically, standard 2-Day Shipping does not include Saturday deliveries from shipping companies like FedEx and UPS. If you require Saturday delivery, you must select and purchase Saturday-Delivery shipping by contacting DDP directly at (210) 341-8183.

Do You Offer Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.?

We now offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico. However, shipping to these regions involves additional considerations:

Canada & Puerto Rico:

Shipments to these areas originate from our Coleman, Michigan warehouse.

If the item you're ordering isn't in stock at the Coleman, Michigan warehouse, it may be special ordered, leading to additional transit time and possible extra shipping costs.

Customs/border duties or fees are not the responsibility of Highway and Heavy Parts.

Customers in Canada and Puerto Rico are responsible for return shipping on any item returns. Refer to the "Returns & Exchanges" page for more details.

Alaska & Hawaii:

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can be drop-shipped from most warehouses.

Transit times and shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii may vary based on warehouse availability.

If you choose to use a freight forwarder, please provide upfront information for proper labeling. Once the item reaches the freight forwarder, Highway and Heavy Parts relinquishes all shipping responsibility.

What Are Holiday Handling Times?

During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience increased demand, and some of our vendors may have adjusted holiday hours. Shipping times typically range from 1 to 5 days and may fluctuate during this period. If your order faces any delays, a representative from Highway and Heavy Parts will contact you.
